Flowroute is doing worse than ever
Flowroute is doing worse than ever. We initially experienced serious routing problems. Our clients complained that when they made outbound calls, some calls were routed to unknown destinations. Flowroute returned a SIP 200 response, but the calls were delivered to nonexistent or unrelated voicemail systems. Many outbound calls were also incorrectly displayed as “Spam.” Now we are dealing with serious billing and support problems. Flowroute charged our credit card $30 four times on the same day, but only one payment appeared in our account balance. Two days later, they charged approximately another $46 to bring the balance to around $90. Even though the account already had sufficient credit, their system attempted to charge our card several more times. We eventually had to remove the card to prevent further charges. We emailed the billing department and received no response. We also called for assistance. After three days, we received an automated email stating that our ticket had been “successfully resolved” and closed. Nobody contacted us, explained the charges, issued a refund, or resolved anything. Incorrect call routing, calls being marked as spam, repeated credit-card charges, and support tickets being closed without any response—does anyone actually work at this company anymore?
