I was applying for a merchant account with Alex. Through the entire process I had clear communication and excellent customer service. You are never left in the dark about anything with these guys. I highly recommend.

Simply the best! After comparing to 3 other competitors that stated they specialize in high risk merchant accounts. Flow Payments stood out of the crowd with thier knowledge and expertise! I would recommend Flow Payments to any new or old business's, High risk or low risk.

I was able to get my credit repair business approved the same day, and at half the cost of Payment Cloud.

We have shopped around a lot to find the best possible merchant provider and flowpayments beats all the others hands down. They work with reputable banks and take the time to analyze your business needs and whether you are an easy to place business or a hard to place business, these are your guys. Kevin and Brett really care about your business and they know their stuff cold. Most importantly, they are available by phone and email and GET BACK TO YOU quickly. That is so important, at least to someone like me. :-) Between finding you the lowest rates for your business type and attentive service after they have you set up, going anywhere else would be foolish.

Alex did a great job, he was in constant communication and kept me informed the whole way. This was the first time I've ever had to open a merchant account, and I did not know what to expect. Alex walked me through every step of the way! I would highly recommend Flow Payments! Thank you

Alex did a great job. Although it took longer than I expected he was honest about every step of the process. He was also a great guide for helping us get approved.

My experience from start to end was smooth and my representative was extremely patient in answering all my questions. I highly recommend Flow Payments over any other merchant processor. They have one of the best if not the best customer service in the industry.
