Half of the arrangement I received is pastel pink with less than fresh stargazer lilies, the other is a mix of fall flowers which includes four sunflowers with half their petals missing and two Gerbera daisies that have seen better days. The combination is a sad look of several leftover flowers past their prime. This assortment is combined with cloudy orange water from some fall filler in a clear glass container and is truly disappointing. When I called the A Bella Mia Floral the individual who answered the phone was rude, condescending and blamed the lack of fresh product on COVID. If Trader Joe's and other grocery stores can carry fresh flowers during COVID and the week of Thanksgiving, why can't a florist?

I ordered flowers,a week in advance,to be delivered for Mothers Day.Not only were they delivered a day late,they looked nothing like the bouquet I ordered.Every flower, colour, & vase had been substituted, it looked more like a Christmas bouquet than a spring one.I contacted the business 3 seperate times to provide feedback without a single response. Poor customer service, unmet expectations, and disappointing all round. The flowers were fresh, but they were not what I ordered.
