DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Ordered flowers for my daughter’s surprise engagement party that were to be delivered on the day stipulated and NOTHING!! They hit my credit card for 217.77 USD!! I live in Canada and ordered for Canada.. When I called to enquire Alli was who I spoke to and seemed uninterested and rude.. This Company is a rip off… Buyer BEWARE!!

Ordered flowers for next day delivery. Timing was of the essence! Was sent a confirmation, and website took my credit card. The next day at noon I get a message this cannot be delivered! My credit card better be credited in full! Do NOT use this company!

They couldn't didn't have the flowers I'd ordered, couldn't get through to customer service and only could get me to the sales department who couldn't help.

I ordered flowers admittedly late on the same day as my friends birthday but as it was a Sunday morning they told me that if I ordered before 11am they would try to deliver them the same day. Unfortunately they were not delivered that day. I received a delivery notification on Tuesday but they were not delivered. I finally had a message from my friends husband that they were going to be delivered today- Wednesday. 3 days to wait for a flower delivery is completely ridiculous. All I got from customer service was a’sorry’. Never again will I use this service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Had my wife not called they wouldn't have delivered the flowers at all Then what showed up was garbage and obviously thrown together. These people working out of their basements must be held accountable

Very upsetting that my order was deducted from my checking account, not executed and then not credited back. I asked the company to expedite the matter.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I placed my order. I paid for expedited shipping to be delivered the next morning because my sister was in the hospital. Not only it was not delivered on time, it was never delivered at all. I have been trying to call them all morning And they said that their office is closed. They opened at 8 AM. It is now 9:45 And I cannot get anybody on the phone still. I paid over $120 for nothing.
