excellent service, flowers were beautiful! Will use again

The bouquet was smaller than expected, but flowers were really fresh and beautiful combination of the flowers.

As office manager, I ordered 14 of the Colors Abound bouquets for Administrative Assistant Day 2020 to be delivered to assistants in the area working from home. The flowers were ordered online. I also called the store to double check on the orders and got helpful and patient assistance. The lovely flowers were delivered on-time by a friendly delivery man. Flower Den is definitely recommended.

Hi, Flower Den -- The flowers below arrived (on time -- thank you!) as a gift for my mother-in-law to honor the April 26th anniversary of her husband's passing.  The first photo is the arrangement received, and the second photo is the arrangement ordered. I love the greens you chose for her, but am a little disappointed that the roses arrived so open, there appears to be lemon yellow vs.spring green in the bouquet, and the lighter pinks are dusty/warm rather than clear/cool as shown in the "Sweet and Pretty" arrangement online.  I'm glad to report that D**** is enjoying her flowers, but am also concerned about the degree of difference between the bouquets.   We were extremely pleased with the work you did for R** M*****n's memorial service last year, and are planning to send D**** flowers every few months to mark occasions the two of them shared.  Now I'm not sure what to expect when I order remotely. Is there anything you suggest I try to help insure the order and delivery resemble each other more closely?  I didn't expect identical, but hoped for a closer match than this one.    Thanks so much for your help. Delivered on time and as expected. I ordered last minute (on a Sunday none the less) since the other present I ordered was delayed and they still accommodated!
