EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE & PRODUCT Ordered an arrangement online after speaking to the florist and receiving assistance/advice (purchased from out of state). The sympathy arrangement was purchased for an employee's family and was delivered ahead of schedule and beautiful. As it happens, it matched perfectly with other arrangements that were there. Couldn't be happier with the service and arrangement.

The flowers were delivered upon request considering I put the order in on the day before.

I’m from out of town and Flower Den Florist was recommended to me. I am familiar with florist as my good friend has one in NC. I chose the Designer’s Choice for a standing spray for my relative’s funeral. I’ve seen the creative beautiful Designer’s Choice my friend creates at her shop and was confident the Designer at Flower Den would create something appropriate. The standing spray was beautiful with a variety of fresh flowers and greens. I requested something special even though with a Designer’s Choice you get what they design. My best friend had her first baby and we wanted to send flowers. Flower Den was fantastic. Their website was easy to navigate. They were open better hours than other companies on Saturday too. I ordered online the morning we got the news and they were delivered that afternoon exactly as shown. My friend said they smelled great too.

Website was easy to use and most importantly, the flowers were lovely and delivered in a timely fashion.
