SCAM ! I wish we could catch these people! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !

Do Not Use. Manager "we have to reschedule all of the time". NOTE: They put your order on HOLD if they don't deliver the day you wanted and it's for an anniversary, wedding, or funeral -- more delay unless you call them and wait on hold. They will take orders they cannot fill. Details: Friday: Placed order. Got no confirmation email as promised, but my credit card was charged. Sunday: No flowers. No communication from the company. When I called, I could not speak to anyone and ended up leaving a message after a long hold. Robovoice said I would get a callback. No callback on Sunday. Monday: spoke to human. I confirmed my email, and was told the flowers would be delivered Monday. On Monday's call, I was also told there would be a partial refund for the failure to deliver. As of now, no refund on credit card. On Monday's call, I was promised an emailed coupon. As of now, no coupon. Monday: flowers not delivered. Tuesday, called, long wait, person said she could hear me and I could hear her, but she hung up (???) I called back, waited on hold, and got an answering machine promising a callback. We'll see. I called back. Their rep told me the same thing I was told Monday. I asked for a manager. The manager told me the same thing. Neither would tell me the local florist given the order so I could call to confirm they had flowers to fill the order. I cancelled the order.

If I could give negative stars I would. This is a SCAM. I order flowers for Mothers Day, and they never delivered, I tried 3 times to contact them and they never responded. I had to file a complaint with my credit card company to get the money back.

Scam! If your order has not been delivered and you have not received a confirmation, and you placed the order with a credit card, Call you credit card provider to make a claim and get a refund! It was the only way I got my money back and it only took a few days.

I’d give them a zero stars if that was an option. Charged for Mother’s Day flowers for our 94 year old mom - ordered a week in advance with promised Saturday delivery. Charge appeared on my card immediately. Got email on SATURDAY that they wouldn’t be delivered on Saturday but would arrive Tuesday or Wednesday. They didn’t respond to phone calls or emails. Canceling charge through Visa.

Order # 29504 I am absolutely livid right now! I ordered flowers and chocolate for my daughter in law who lost her grandma yesterday. These @#$% bags emailed me twice saying the flowers would be delivered by 6pm. After 6 I emailed back with a not so nice message for them. I then got an email saying my order was delivered. I live in the same complex as my son and daughter in law so clearly they were lying. I even walked through every building to make sure. I have left message as well as another email that I am filing a police report and also contacting the police in Tustin which is the listed address on their contact page. Someone is going to pay for this. How do you steal from people especially when they've lost a loved one and your just ok with it. STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE AND GET A @#$%&@# JOB YOU PIECES OF $@#%!!! There is no #@$%&*@ humanity left in this world. If your reading these review...trust me, your going to %@$#&@# pay for this!!

Absolute Garbage service ordered flowers and completely messed up the order and won't send the correct order. DON'T EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Not to mention they are calling from a call center in India. I can imagine what the "relationships" they have with local florists in Ontario are.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY Ordered an arrangement for my mother in law for her birthday and Mother’s Day combined. The order was to be delivered on sat after unsuccessfully trying to contact them over the weekend, finally contacting them on Monday. Monday I was reassured the delivery would be done that day, Friday still no delivery. Called back to ask what the issue was and was told the order was cancelled. Bianca whom I spoke with Monday and Friday proceeded to tell me the order was cancelled, even though she reassured me Monday it would be delivered that day. Thanks for ruining two holidays for a woman that means so much to me!!
