Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry your experience with Replikanto has been frustrating. We'd like to clear up one point for you and for other readers: a Replikanto Lifetime license does not expire. It keeps working with the version you have, with no further payment required. Every paid license includes 1 year of free product updates and technical support. After that year, customers who want newer versions and continued support can add the optional "Technical Support +1 Year" package for 39 USD. Buying it is entirely your choice and is not required to keep using Replikanto. This is how our licensing has always worked, and it is described on the product page and in our Terms and Conditions. About the refund: under section 6.2 of our Terms and Conditions, purchases can be refunded within 14 calendar days, and this applies to every product, including lifetime licenses. As we explained in our email reply, your purchase was made about two years ago, so it is no longer eligible. We understand that's not the answer you hoped for. We're also sorry to hear about the errors you ran into. If you'd like help with them, just reply to our email and our team will work through them with you. We've also passed your feedback about the update terms on to the team.

Hi Justin, thank you for sharing your logs and for the detailed breakdown of what occurred. We have now reviewed the log file line by line. The disconnect on Lucid 50k 1 occurred at 10:34:27 and reconnected at 10:34:41. At that point, Lucid 50k 2 was already active and had been connected since 09:49:23, meaning two simultaneous connections to the same broker were running at the time of the reconnect. Following the reconnect, NinjaTrader presented order 542250540077 under two separate internal order IDs — 201 and 202 — milliseconds apart. Because Replikanto's duplicate protection works based on the NinjaTrader internal order ID, and these were two distinct IDs, both were processed separately and copied to the follower account. This is what caused the position to inflate from 7 to 21 contracts. The stop order was received under only one internal ID, covering 7 of the 21 follower contracts. The remaining 14 ran unprotected until liquidation at 11:20:32. The initiating cause was having two simultaneous connections to the same broker active during the session. With a single broker connection, this scenario does not occur. We are therefore unable to issue a refund or complimentary renewal in connection with this trading loss, as this falls outside of a Replikanto product failure. To prevent recurrence, please ensure only one active connection to the same broker is running during a trading session. Your Replikanto - Single Machine (Lifetime) license remains fully active.

Hi Leandro, thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I'm genuinely sorry the experience left you feeling this way. I want to address the point about the software stopping three months early, because I don't want that impression to stick. Your license was active from June 10, 2025 through June 10, 2026, the full year you paid for. It only stopped when the one-year term reached its end date, not before. I completely understand that a yearly limit wasn't what you were expecting, and that frustration is fair. On the support side, I know email-only isn't ideal for everyone, and I'm sorry it felt difficult to get things moving. We do our best to work through issues as thoroughly as we can over email, and I wish the experience had felt smoother for you. If you ever change your mind or have questions down the road, we're here. I hope you find a setup that works well for you.

Hi Shaun, Thanks for the honest feedback. Sorry it's left a bad taste. Just wanted to clear one thing up: the "lifetime" part of the license is real, you can keep using the software for as long as you want. What's bundled for the first year is the updates and tech support, and that's spelled out on the product page, your order receipt, and in sections 4 and 5 of our T&Cs. After that first year, there's a low-cost yearly renewal (https://flowbots.ninja/product/technical-support-1-year/) that keeps the updates coming and our remote copier servers humming for you. That renewal is genuinely what pays for the ongoing dev work and the infrastructure behind the copier, it's not a paywall on something you already own. If you'd shoot us an email with your order info, we'd love to take a proper look and get you sorted. Much rather fix this than leave you stuck.

Hi Nic, we're really sorry to hear about the loss of your PA accounts. We know how much work goes into passing evaluations and we genuinely feel for you. That said, we want to be transparent about what happened here. Counter trade violations from inverted positions can occur with or without any trade copier. For example, when a stop is triggered on the leader, if a follower account doesn't have a matching open position at that moment, the exit order opens a new trade in the opposite direction. This is something that can happen through manual trading too. Before trading across multiple prop firm accounts, it's important to confirm that all follower accounts are completely flat and in sync with the leader. That step is key to avoiding this type of violation regardless of the tool being used. We do have features like Follower Guard and Copy Executions Only that help reduce the risk of inverted positions, and we'd be happy to walk you through the right setup to protect your accounts going forward. Hello Pat Fale, It is unfortunate that you chose to write a second review about the same issue instead of following the instructions we provided in our first response. Replikanto does not interfere with NinjaTrader's core functionality. If NinjaTrader is not running properly, the issue lies with your platform configuration, not with our software. Any experienced NinjaTrader user would be able to verify this. As for the claim that we ignore support requests, we responded to every one of your emails. The fact that our responses included documentation links rather than the format you preferred does not mean we ignored you. Our documentation exists precisely because it contains step-by-step instructions with screenshots that are more effective than a few typed words in an email. Regarding the refund request, our refund policy is clearly stated on our website. We encourage you to review it, though we understand that reading our documentation has not been your preferred approach.

To clarify: the "lifetime license" refers to perpetual use of the software, with no subscription required to keep using it. What is included for the first year, technical support and product updates, is explicitly stated on the product page during checkout: "Includes 1 year of free technical support and product updates." This is displayed directly alongside the license type selection before any purchase is made. We acknowledge that "lifetime license" is a term that carries different expectations for different people, and your point about clearer phrasing is well taken. That said, the scope of what is included was presented transparently at the point of purchase. We're sorry you feel misled, that was never our intent.
