The product works well, great support
The product works well, has functions to manage accounts that make trading more organized and the customer service is very attentive, friendly, helpful and a pleasant experience. Rodolfo Machado in support is all of the above.

FlowBots support must never sleep
FlowBots support must never sleep! I submitted a ticket last night at about 10:30pm and they had already responded to it by 7:50AM this morning. I think the only problems I've ever had with Replikanto have been self inflicted. GRET COPIER!!! Thanks guys

Awesome service
Awesome service and an outstanding team. Anytime I’ve had an issue or needed assistance, they’ve responded incredibly fast—usually within minutes—and have always taken the time to help me find a solution. Top tier customer service
Top tier customer service. Best copier platform hands down. A product is nothing except their it’s customer service ice. Trading is my business and I need it up and running and having great tech support is the foundation of me staying with this company. Keep doing what you all are doing.

there's customer service where a person just does their job, as expected, and then there's 10 star, A+++ customer service where one shows up and goes above beyond expectations. That's Rodolfo for you guys! Rodolfo handled my 11000 questions with such patience and expertise. thank you again, rodolfo for being an asset to flowbots!

Replikanto all day everyday
Replikanto all day everyday! Perfect for managing strategies and ATMs Love the Micro feature too, I'm too greedy so I don't use it as much but it's great and I should use it more so my accounts can live longer
