Gabriel, thank you so much for this, it genuinely made our day! 3/4 years with no major issues and happy with both the product and the support is exactly what we work hard for every day. We put a lot of care into making sure NT8 users have the best experience possible, so hearing that the customer service stood out means a lot to us. We'll make sure the team knows. Really appreciate you taking the time to leave this review. Looking forward to many more years together!

Mar, thank you so much for taking the time to share this! I'm really glad we could get everything sorted out quickly. Those post-update compatibility issues can be really frustrating, especially after spending so much time troubleshooting on your own. Happy we could step in and make it right. Looking forward to being here whenever you need us!
