I had an issue with my Replikanto…
I had an issue with my Replikanto license after my Machine ID changed, and the trade copier stopped working. I contacted FlowBots support, and Rodolfo responded quickly with clear, step-by-step instructions. He explained exactly how to update my Machine ID, and after following his guidance, everything was working perfectly again. The support was fast, professional, and friendly. It's great to see a company that genuinely helps its customers instead of sending generic replies. Thank you, Rodolfo and the FlowBots team, for the excellent support. I highly recommend Replikanto and FlowBots to anyone looking for a reliable trade copier backed by outstanding customer service.

The help was really good
The help was really good - Rodolfo was very competent and helped me getting my copy trater to run. Problem was actually another script, from another company, which i removed. Good job Flowbots support.

Hi Michael, thanks a lot for sharing this. Glad we got to the bottom of it, sometimes it really is a conflict with another script causing all the trouble, and it can take a bit of digging to find. Happy we could help you get your copy trader running smoothly again. Appreciate you taking the time to leave a review, and don't hesitate to reach out if you run into anything else.

Flowbot Support Helped Solve my Copier Issue
In a world where integration happens between prop firm, trading platforms, and tools like trade copiers, it is super easy to dish inbound trade copier technical issues as “not my problem”. This interaction with the Replikanto Flowbots support staff took the time to review, troubleshoot, and suggest options that could resolve my problem. Rodolfo also offered to maintain ownership of the issue when he clearly could see that Replicanto was working as designed from the provided log files. The resolution ended up being me finding and fixing my mistake in initial configuration, but, the structured approach from Flowbots made this much easier to walk through eliminating obvious root causes until I found the fix. Phenomenal support!!

Thanks so much for the kind words, this really made our day. I remember working through your copier setup with you, and honestly it's always a good feeling when we can dig into the logs together and land on the real root cause, even when it turns out to be a small config tweak on your end. Those are the fixes that matter most because you walk away actually understanding your setup, not just having a problem patched over. If anything else comes up with Replikanto or any other part of your setup, don't hesitate to reach back out. Happy trading!

Edit - Responsive Developer Fixed Issue
Update - the developer acknowledged that my purchase was prior to a change where an annual maintenance fee was applied, and corrected my account appropriately. A+ support, and a great product for trade copying.
