This deserves more than 5 stars
I don’t even know where to begin. I was beyond frustrated with trying to get my Flowbots and NinjaTrader apps to sync. I reached out and was connect with Rodolfo. To say he was helpful is an understatement. For more than a week off-and- on we were in communication trying to resolve the issue. The last Two days he stayed in constant contact giving me clear instructions on what we could do. When we finally got to the last step I a had to contact NT, and that brought the final part to a conclusion. I wish I could give Rodolfo 10 stars for his guidance and patience (I’m not at all tech savvy lol). Thank you guys for all that you are doing to help guys like me navigate. Keep doing great work ! Adrian, thank you so much for taking the time to write this. I'm really glad we got the sync issue sorted out in the end. Getting Flowbots and NinjaTrader talking to each other properly can be tricky, especially with all the small settings involved, so kudos to you for sticking with it and staying patient through the process too. I find that Replikanto works very well…
I find that Replikanto works very well for me and I haven’t had any problems with it. Also I find the customer support very helpful. Any questions I have are answered promptly and with detailed responses.

Hola, muchas gracias por tomarte el tiempo de escribir esto. Sabemos que los problemas tecnicos en la instalacion son de lo mas frustrante, sobre todo cuando uno solo quiere empezar a usar la herramienta, asi que me alegra mucho que el equipo se haya quedado contigo hasta dejarlo funcionando. Si mas adelante te aparece cualquier otra duda con Replikanto o quieres sacarle mas provecho a la configuracion, escribenos sin problema, aqui estamos.

Exceptional team here
Exceptional team here. My SSD failed, and I lost everything, including my backups I saved on the same drive. During the rebuild process, I faced some roadblocks due to a slight change in hardware. The team helped me resolve this issue in less than a day and over the weekend too! They're doing everything right. And I want people to know. Thanks!

Rodolfo is a lifesaver. Top tier customer service!
I cannot recommend FlowBots and Replikanto enough, and a huge part of that is because of their customer support. Rodolfo Machado helped me through a frustrating licensing and Machine ID issue after a NinjaTrader update and reinstall. He was incredibly fast, patient, and walked me through exactly what I needed to do with my log files and User Defined ID to get back up and running. Later, when I had a hotkey issue, he honestly and quickly pointed me toward the correct NinjaTrader settings rather than giving me the runaround. A+ software and A+ support. Thanks, Rodolfo!
