Product is great, but when i receieved it was missing a part. Missing a leg for it to stand on.

J'ai vu le prix de 19.99$, c'était intéressant, mais avec le transport à 6.99 et les taxes à 8.39 = 36.37 $ ça allait. Mais finalement, c'est US, surprise ! S.V.P. mettre les lettres US ou CAN. C'est 53.85$ CAN ! Est-ce que vous auriez acheté à 53.85 $ US ? Je vous en aurait acheter 2 aussi pour mes enfants, on va les acheter ailleurs.

Shipping took way to long

The cow was lovely. However the advertisement had it sitting in velvet in a lovely box. When it arrived the box was all squashed. Perhaps better packing when posting

Shipping was too long, was not made aware they were coming from Switzerland.

The pacage had been squashed at some stage in Transit so my suggestion is to make sure you put exstra packing around the products you send all the boxes inside had been squashed luckily the produxts work but I was not impressed with how badly the two boxes had been damaged

Caps was ok but to small.

The cap was what I expected. The fit was also perfect and I’m sure I would appreciate more once I’ve worn them (upcoming holidays in the Philippines, where’s warm and humid)! I was disappointed however of the length of time (from the time of order-delivery, June 25 - July 5,2026)! Perhaps, the company should look into other ways to expedite delivery. Thank you.
