I had a problem with my order , package was considered “lost” , spoke with Jennifer from customer service who was more than happy to assist me EVERY time I called. She was very helpful and got me a full refund. Very pleasant experience.

After placing my order I had a change of heart and requested my order to be cancelled. I received a full refund and was very positively surprised when the order arrived a few days later anyhow, free of charge.

This is the worst shipping method i am yet to receive my item since almost 2 months now and there has been no update so far
