Hi Ken, Sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the tour to Spain, Morocco and Portugal. You are right that it was a very hectic itinerary and there have been some delays in meal times because of this. Unfortunately it takes longer than a normal tour schedule as the interpreters have to interpret the tour guides at every site which almost doubles the amount of time spent at the sites and museums. We will definitely consider this when planning the next itinerary for hearing impaired groups. We appreciate your feedback and hope to see you on our next adventure. Shebby

Hi Jayanti, Unfortunately unused portions of the tour were non-refundable as we pay the suppliers long before you travel . Political unrest, riots, wars or any acts of God are covered by travel insurance plans and passengers with insurance can be compensated. We understand your disappointment and would like to offer you a special rate to Egypt if you contact us.

Hi Linda, You have signed up for a small group tour of Grand Turkey tour in May 2013. Unfortunately, we did not have any other passengers besides you on that travel date. Therefore, we offered you an option of a different itinerary on your travel dates or to wait for the next departure of the same itinerary. You accepted the shorter tour with higher category hotels and completed the tour. We are surprised to hear that you were expecting a compensation for the 6 days as it is explained at the time that the new itinerary is shorter and more expensive than the original one because of the hotels used. We apologize for any misunderstanding. At Flo Tours, customer satisfaction is our top priority and we hope to see you on one of our tours again as your experience is an exception.

Our goal is to offer the best value for money. Our groups stay at the best hotels and has the best tour guides at each destination. We value our customers' time and money therefore spend it carefully. Hi Barbara, Thank you for taking time to share your experience on the private Turkey tour in 2012. I am sorry to hear that we could not meet your expectations on the hotel choices as it was a private trip and the hotels were specifically chosen for you based on your needs and budget. Magnaura Palace in Istanbul, La Vista Hotel in Kusadasi are hotels we use all the time with great reviews. Ayapam Boutique Hotel in Pamukkale is a lower class hotel, but one of the best hotels in the region as a boutique hotel.Unfortunately, Pamukkale is one of the towns we have hard time to find the high quality hotels like we use in other cities in Turkey. Happy to hear that you have enjoyed our tour guide Asil who is one of the best tour guides in Turkey and only works for private tours.
