Product doesn't work. Beware, they sign you up to a subscription even if you choose the one time option. Might as well rub some eucalyptus oil on your neck and temples to get the same result

Hi Mike, thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we take every piece of feedback seriously 💚 We'd like to address a couple of things: Regarding the subscription: Our store runs on Shopify, and it is technically not possible for us to change a one-time purchase to a subscription on our end, the system simply doesn't allow it, aside from the fact that we would never do such a thing. The subscription option is selected by the customer before it can be added to the cart. That said, we completely understand how this can happen by accident, and we're sorry for the frustration. Our Migraine Care Team is always happy to cancel a subscription instantly and process a full refund, no questions asked. If this hasn't been resolved yet, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll sort it out right away. Regarding the formula: Florus Relief does not contain eucalyptus oil. It's a very different formulation, engineered specifically for the migraine nerve pathway (the trigeminal nerve) using clinical-grade feverfew, magnesium glycinate, wild-harvested peppermint, menthol crystals, and German chamomile at concentrations designed for migraine, not general aromatherapy.
