I use the migraine roll on as soon as I start to feel a headache coming on. I reapply the oil as needed and it gets me through the day! Since I've been using Florus, I have been able to manage my migraines without using rx drugs. Occasionally, I will just take a couple of ibuprofen if needed. I'm so glad Instagram heard me talking about my migraines and sent me a Florus ad😂

Severe chronic migraine sufferer
I am a chronic migraine sufferer for decades.m, since I was a teen. They escalated after having children. I use prescription meds and essential oils, along with other things to help control migraines and headaches. I have used other migraine mixes and tend to use peppermint oil in public because the smell is less offensive to people. Some essential oils do not smell good. Florus does not stink nor have a strong smell, but you can feel the menthol.
I started using Florus last month. I like it, it last longer and is stronger. New users may want to test a spot first for skin sensitively. I can use peppermint oil undiluted. Give it time, it takes longer to feel the cool, so don't reapply right away. Another tip...Quite a bit comes out with the steel roller. I went through the first bottle fast. Just run a single line down the side of your neck, then rub it in everywhere you need it. I was doing a quick "scribble" in different areas along my neck, across the back of my shoulders, in my hair where my occipital neuralgia is, temples, forehead, all over. I probably use more than regular person to begin with, but I can prolong needing excedrin with this. If your not sure, run the roller over your fingertips, and you can see how much you have. Definitely give it 5-10 minutes before you reapply to an area.
I seldom repurchase items for migraines. Most things just don't work. I just recieved my second bottle. I have shared with other migraine sufferers about it. Good luck to anyone trying this for the first time. I'm sorry you even need to, but hope it brings some relief. It's not a cure all, but for me it does help.

Florus has been a migraine game changer
Florus has been a game changer for reducing the number and intensity my migraines. You have to be disciplined and use it regularly, but it pays off so quickly! The only downside is that orders can take a little while to come though so I would recommend buying a spare.

Home run with Florus
Ok, so I read a ton of reviews before purchasing Florus and I knew I would not be disappointed. I was right. But I do want to say that there IS a "cocktail" I've created for myself that has been staving them off permanently.
First off, know thy triggers. I thought I was doing pretty well, but missed a big migraine-causing trigger: artificial sweeteners give me an immediate migraine. Bleach, alcohol, candles, perfume, campfire smoke, incoming rain/cooler weather changes are all triggers, but the with all of these it's really a culmination/combination-the more of these, the worse off I am. One or two of these, I'm usually okay.
With so many triggers, it's not actually possible to keep myself from feeling a headache coming on. Eating an anti-inflammatory diet has been CRUCIAL as well, and so has eating enough (I have learned I have to eat even when I'm not hungry). Finally, yoga has helped, because all the stretching I believe is moving blood in a way that helps.
Now, all that said means I'm required to maintain a pretty stable lifestyle. But life isn't always stable. So what do you do in that case? You're traveling, you're on someone else's schedule, you don't have access to all of your foods, etc.
I had that happen this weekend, and I knew just what to do. So here's what worked for me:
1. Bring along foods that you know your body likes, and have them handy in the event they are unavailable. For me I just brought a pb&j sandwich and an electrolyte drink to start the day with, because I figured out low blood sugar causes migraines.
2. Keep your roll-on handy and do not be afraid to apply it often. Over the course of three days, I felt a headache coming on each day. I rubbed it on my forehead, temples, and both sides of my neck SEVERAL times a day. The company recommends once a day, or twice a day, but since it doesn't enter the bloodstream, several times a day was not harmful at all.
3. Along with the this product, I've added in a magnesium mix of seven different kinds of magnesium. I also added in a headache preventative vitamin that includes Riboflavin, Feverfew, and a bit more magnesium. In "crisis mode", I added in Butterbur (PA-free), but that's not ideal. Now, all this extra magnesium has been difficult for my stomach, so I'm splitting the dose, and that has been fine. Today with a split dose of magnesium, I used the Florus roll-on about six times today (I'm back in my natural habitat so my stress levels are a bit lower) and I snuck in some M&M's, immediately felt a headache coming on, rubbed the roll-on, and the headache went away on its own.
So I know this review is long, but I think my point is, Florus isn't the "end all be all." Many reviews state that. It will help reduce your symptoms. HOWEVER, I know that before I was using Florus and doing all of these other things, I wasn't guaranteed to be headache free. It would help, but it wouldn't stop it in its tracks. Adding Florus in to a mindful regimen has taken it all the way home. It has been four weeks since my last migraine (I started the vitamin regimen about 8 weeks ago) I started Florus last week, and it's been heaven on earth. I am looking forward to the day when I am no longer afraid of a potential migraine!
Update for this morning, 7/7/26: this is the first day in years I’ve woken up without the right side of my face feeling stuffy! Last night I applied the recovery roll-on so set myself up for success. Consistency is key!

I've suffered from migraines my entire…
I've suffered from migraines my entire life—I'm now 60—but the last couple of years have been much easier since starting monthly Ajovy injections, with Zolmitriptan on hand for any breakthrough attacks.
I was very sceptical about Florus Relief, especially as strong smells—particularly menthol—can actually trigger a migraine if I'm having a head-sensitive day.
However, this funny little roll-on, which absolutely reeks of menthol tbh, seems to take the edge off the annoying little headaches that come and go almost daily. I keep it on my desk and use it regularly, and it genuinely helps. It seems to soothe the discomfort and gradually ease it away.
Admittedly, I haven't tried it during a full-blown migraine yet, and I suspect it won't be enough on its own. My worst attacks—the ones that leave me in bed all day—have only ever responded to prescription migraine medication, which also leaves me heavily medicated and completely wiped out. That said, I may be wrong, and I'll update this review once I've had the chance to test it.
So, would I recommend Florus Relief?
Absolutely! It's not a cure for migraines, but it has undoubtedly made my everyday headaches more manageable and has reduced the amount of over-the-counter painkillers I need to take.

trigeminal nerve pain
I suffer with right side trigeminal nerve issues and can’t take any meds except paracetamol which doesn’t really help. Mornings I’m fine but when it starts it’s usually in the afternoon. This arrived today and as soon as I felt the first twinges I applied on my face next to my ear and down by my jaw where I could feel it heading as well as my upper neck - what a game changer. I’ve ordered another bottle as delivery was around 12 days. I am really pleased with it. It’s kept my pain at bay so far

Definitely worth having in your Migraine Kit
Very responsive to my questions in emails and a thorough questionnaire regarding issues. I believe this is a very valuable adjunct in migraine management. Quiets down the pain signals very quickly when applied on time and regularly.
