We had our old computer crash at Valentines Day. Service with FloristWare remote assistance came in within a 20 min. period they had us back and up and running - they changed our outdated settings and we where back processing sales for that day! Amazing Serivce

I recommend floristware for retail florists. It saves time and money and makes busy holidays go much more smoothly. It's not tied to any wire service and works well whether you have on or not.
