I'm not sure how long this review will be posted on their website as they might find a way to delete it, but I hope for all people to read it This is a company of scammers. Sometime around last year, I came across an ad about gadgets. The ad came with an option to purchase the said gadget, but to my surprise, this lead me to subscribing to their website. I never heard of them and have no intention of buying their membership. They mask themselves as fake ad then forces people to subscribe to their site. I immediately contacted them but the support rep refused to provide support and mentioned that they won't provide any refund. When I asked to cancel the membership, the rep also refused and mentioned that there's an early termination fee, so to avoid paying for recurring charges, I cancelled my card and simply had to let them go away with the initial subscription I accidentally had. Fast forward 2 weeks ago, Ray from their so-called escalations team reached out to me and mentioned that they will grant me a refund and introduced their review link in Trustpilot. They also suggested for me to write in the review that my concern was promptly addressed. Like dude, the issue happened 1 year ago, what do you mean promptly addressed? At first, I told them that I will consider leaving a review after they provide the refund. But no, they explicitly mentioned that they will issue a refund after I leave a review. So technically speaking, they are buying good reviews because they know themselves that their service are trash. Additionally, their first email states that the refund will be issued on the card I used to subscribe, when I told them that the card is no longer valid, they mentioned that as long as the account exists, the refund will happen. And so I left a review, but after weeks of waiting, they suddenly mentioned that they will issue a refund through PayPal. And if you're wondering if I got the refund after leaving a review, no. I came to believe that they are simply buying time and won't really issue a refund. I hope this gives clarity to anyone who will attempt to avail their services. Personal advise, don't. You'll just give yourself too many headaches in the future.
