The experience was great. The chair was everything and more of a gd massage. No need to go to a spa with this chair that does a whole body massage.

Exceptional customer service
I had an excellent experience working with Floridian Brand from start to finish. The team went above and beyond to fix my awesome chair, providing thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and genuine care throughout the entire process. What truly stood out was their commitment to service. They handled my issue with professionalism and attention to detail, that level of integrity is rare and speaks volumes about the company culture. Ganzy and Robert, who led my support issue, were exceptional and responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive at every step. I always felt informed, supported, and confident in the direction we were heading. If you’re looking for a team that values long-term relationships over quick wins and consistently delivers with care and excellence, Floridian Brand is the real deal. Highly recommended.

The chair is phenomenal
The chair is phenomenal! Right as I sat down, the comfort was immediately provided, as it started to provide a massage I could feel the difference between an actual masseuse and this! Which is way better. It also has a lot more modes for an elevated experience. I'd definitely use this after workouts or just have a relaxing day.
