Fabulous website with great properties. We booked a property on Anna Maria Island through the owner, saved money and had a great vacation!

CAUTION**We used Florida Rental by Owners to rent a property in Englewood, FL. When we got to the property, we found it to be totally uninhabitable. Neither the owners nor Florida Rental by Owners will return our money.**CAUTION

We are sorry you had a bad experience on your rental. Florida Rental By Owners DOES NOT take any bookings on the website. All traveler inquiries are sent directly to the host who processes the payments. We do not have access to any payment or reservation information, you the traveler procure with a host. FLARBO recommends that all travelers use a credit card to book reservations with hosts to ensure you have protection. Travel insurance is also a good idea to protect your vacation rental investment. This information is clearly found in our terms, traveler FAQs and on inquiry notifications. As a first step we recommend you contact the host directly to work out a compensation package. Secondly, we highly recommend that you contact your credit card provider to start a charge back process based on your experience. Thirdly, if you haven't already please contact us on our website to lodge a complaint against the Host. We take the advertisement of accurate properties seriously and will investigate on our end. We cannot cross reference any of your submitted review information with a general name "Vacation Traveler 1". We cannot validate the legitimacy of this information without it. Please let us know if there is any further assistance we can provide in our capacity as an advertiser.
