I never even received my package, and from what I can see from these comments, it's a total scam anyways. It preys on despite people who are struggling with weight loss.

I ordered Floraspring to try it out. When a second parcel arrived a month or so later I realised I had somehow been placed on an auto-fill order regime. I had not done this intentionally or consciously and assumed there was some thing I had ticked or not ticked inadvertently on my original order. I immediately sent them an email to their support email address where they claim their "customer support team is waiting to talk to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, even at 2AM in the morning!" I asked them to cancel the automatic refill on my order. I have had no reply and continue to receive their emails telling my order is on it's way in spite of me sending more emails. I have raised a dispute with my bank but they are dragging their feet and meantime the money keeps disappearing out of my account. The worst thing is that the product has provided absolutely no benefit or lived up to it's claims to assist with weight loss.

Today I have been scammed by Floraspring. I stupidly entered their site and once in could not get out. I did order 1 special but it still does not let you go. When I finally got out, I panicked and checked my bank balance. I had $541 in my account and when I got out of their web I had $56 left. There were a total of 8 debits on my account. I am going back and forth with emails, being told of currency exchange charges. When you go through the pay page it does not show you what they have charged you with and all the extra charges like other honest sites do. Please do not use this site you will come out with no money left like i have. It is just a scam to rip people off.

I love it so much lost 30 pounds in 40 days of taking it. Would recommend it to others.

The advertisement, which was a long video, in the end promised a cookbook, reading materials, etc. None of these were delivered. They also promised dark chocolate, and there were two small squares of that. The capsules don't seem to do anything. I'm wondering why a specialist doctor needs to start to scam people?!

Yes it is scammy!! I tried placing an order for Floraspring with Thrive. What a scammy company!! I email AND called about the order I placed because of an issue with them charging me for 6 EXTRA BOTTLES THAT I DIDN'T ORDER but heard nothing back. I ordered ONLY 3 BOTTLES for $129.00 plus the 10% bonus, that was never added, for a total of $116. There were TWO charges, one for $129 and a 2nd one for $167 for an additional SIX BOTTLES that I didn’t order, on my credit card. When ordering, the company tries to push a bunch of products with a very tiny link on the very bottom to refuse products. If this isn’t a scam company why would they keep trying to push a bunch of products?? Why would they not put a very clear link for refusing products you didn’t want?? THEIR PUSHING EXTRA PRODUCTS THAT THE CUSTOMER DOESN’T WANT AND NO RESPONSE BACK FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN THEY SAY ITS 24/7 SERVICE SAYS SCAM AND UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE! I CANCELLED MY ORDER after finally hearing back from someone a couple days later.

Don't get scammed by this company. After a free trial you are automatically signed up to the products (in varying amount) forever and you will have money taken from your bank on a monthly basis. Bank tells you to contact the supplier but there is no way. The phone number on the literature and packaging does not exist. Emails do not work and sending stuff back to the return address is as good as chucking it into room 101. Nothing! I have had to take a case out with Trading Standards because my husband , who is totally disabled, got caught and scammed by this rubbish. £88.85 for one small bottle of ingredients you could buy from a herbalist for about £3.00 for the quantity!!! Finally the bank investigated and found this company Revival Point that sells the pills are under many investigations so gave my husband a temporary refund of money taken until the company can prove he actually signed up and ordered. He most certainly did not! Watch out! Update. 03/02/21 After managing to block payments out of my husbands account to this company with great difficulty Getting a temporary refund whilst investigations go on I am still trying to get a reply. I am writing yet again on behalf of my husband Mr *************** We have asked you to stop sending and billing and taking money from his account. My husband is a very sick man and is not allowed this supplement on top of his medication. WE have cancelled any request for this product three times since last November but you have not answered , acknowledged nor stopped sending this stuff. We have no indication of an account or membership number and I seriously doubt if Mr ******* set one up. He is barely capable of reading things let alone ordering repeat consignments. I have reported this to the bank and they are taking action It will also be reported in more places shortly. DO NOT SEND HIM ANY MORE MEDICATION. You have been reported to international fraud association. Because you are sending unsolicited medication with dubious claims to a very sick old man who does not understand what is happening we will hold you responsible for any deterioration in his health. You have taken almost half his very meagre pension and we have no way of contacting you that gets a reply. The telephone number on your packets and leaflets and web does not exist and the US operators have tried many combinations for us to find it. Please answer this email within the next 48 hours or this letter will be published with the name of Robert Allen and Dr Steven Masely on every possible social media or marketing site that fights fraud and scams.
