I ordered some T-shirts that were a little snug so I wanted a bigger size so I sent an email to the company requesting how to send these back to get a larger size now their policy says you have 15 days to send the items back I was going to send it back the next day that I got these they sent me a email requesting a picture of me and the T-shirt that's not what the policy says so they kept saying that I sent a picture they still are ignoring me seems they afraid I'm not going to purchase another t-shirt I told them I just wanted a larger size so what's up with this I think they're scammers to a point be careful they don't want to give you your money back like they say or exchange the item. I think they're trying to drag it out until the 15 days and then say I waited too long I just want everybody to know what they're doing

Ordered a shirt in may never got it. Tried to reorder and says card# is wrong. Works everywhere else. I cant even talk to a real person or get the order number. Dont order from them.

I have been waiting on my order since May 27th. I have not been able to speak to a real person or cancel my order. They said it would ship June 24th. It is not July 3rd and I have not received anything. I will never order from them again. I will not even recommend them to anyone

I'd love to be able to tell you how much I love the shirt I ordered. Unfortunately, after 29 BUSINESS days, it hasn't even moved to printing. Somehow, since the order isn't even being worked on, they are still "too far into the process" to cancel the order. Come to your own conclusions about their ethics.

Ordered on April 7, 2020. As of May 13, 2020 I do not have my t-shirt and they will not refund my money. They have been printing it since April 8, 2020 according to my order status. Was supposed to ship within 5 to 15 days. Have repeatedly asked for refund and get automated reply. After this long I just want my money.

They delivered part of my order with no invoice and I received an email reading the order was delivered. I had to contact customer service to find out that the rest was still pending. I asked for the rest to be canceled. The next week I received an email stating my item was on the way. When I again requested a refund/ cancellation I was informed since the item was sent it was too late. I received no response to my follow up email. The items I ordered appear to be fine.
