The cherry peppers were all red, no green as advertised. They tasted spoiled like they had been kept in a warm environment. They were all skin and no flesh and very small in size. I have also been blocked from their website with no explaination.

I recently bought flora pastry butter cookies from Amazon. They were boxed in their original flora box. They came along in a box with other items that Amazon had packed well. When I opened the box from flora, all the cookies except for a few, were broken and mist were reduced to crumbs. You couldn’t even eat the salvaged ones because they all tasted of crumbs from the different flavors. They were terrible cookies! They didn’t have any butter taste and tasted like more of a sugar cookie. Don’t buy these, they taste terrible! I paid $14.99 for this disaster. They need too pack their cookies better for shipping.

I have never, ever had such a terrible and disappointing customer service experience. Problems with the website led to three duplicate orders. I entered three different inquiries on three different days with no response whatsoever. I placed a phone call and was disconnected by a human at "customer service". Later I left a voicemail with no response. There are other places with good products who want my business.

I havent received my order my daughter hasn't they say its 3 to 4 days delivery keep getting fobbed off with sane answers my order was july I have asked for a refund they say its shipped The 1 star i don't want yo give this company needs reporting

I attempted to thicken up the double cream and this took 30 minutes and realised it was not going to make it as thick cream to put into my cake, it was still runny. I then opened another carton with a different date and number and that was the same! I then had to melt butter and add clotted cream in order to make the cream stiff enough to put into my victoria sandwich cake. I feel cheated as this has happened to me now on three occasions and I believe that your quality systems are breaking down and allowing sub-standard goods to leave your manufacturing plant. I would like to be fully reimbursed for the 3 cartons of cream I have purchased and not been able to use! Reference L51562B854 and L51321B954

FLORA ProActiv I have use this product for over 3 yeras with NO issues until recently whether the formular has changed OR the product is faulty BUT is tastes ABSOLUTLY PUTRID. Have contacted the company and had NOTHING BUT RUN AROUND for a big company they DON'T seem to care about customers. They have taken your money it's YOUR problem. Re: #1143261 Have purchase a original 25/5/25 to find although not as bad the strange taste IS still present!

This company is a scammer! I placed an order on April 14, paid by debit card, and never received anything and no money back. This although I sent several emails and made calls to this scam company,without receiving any answer, only promises to follow up.
