Part of my order was wrong. They offered a credit (not a refund) and a 20$ coupon - but no free shipping. I'm not spending more because they messed up. Customer service hasn't responded since I reached out a 3rd time. I will not purchase from them again.

The customer service is completely lacking. I have been told at least 5 times that someone would reach out to me regarding my concerns but no one ever did. The auto chat just repeated the same information over and over. So very frustrated and I haven't even received the order yet. I hope the quality of the product is better than the. Customer service.

The bag was fine, a little bigger than expected but okay. The real problem is the fishsmell... my bag smells like three fish were in it for a whole week. Has anyone else had this problem??

This company is a complete diabolical scam. Don't even try ordering from them. Me and my wife ordered 24 jars of pizza sauce from them and it came up to around $87 with a 30% off discount coupon from the site. The order was canceled by Flora because it was "damaged during shipment". There was no way to reach a real person with Flora foods, and there are no customer service options on the website. We only found a contact link through Shop and that lead to an infuriating AI assistant. The AI assistant would not give us a refund and would only give us a $120 gift card. So, we tried to order again with the $120 gift card, but this time we didn't get the 30% discount coupon. So, we had to choose between loosing the $87 or risking another $12 to place the same order. We risked the $12 and also paid for shipping protection. That was a mistake because the exact same thing happened again and Flora foods canceled the order because of "damage during shipping". This time the AI offered a $150 gift card, but still would not give us a refund, and there was "no record" of the shipping protection that we paid for. When we tried to use the $150 gift card, but the code was only for $120, and we would have had to risk loosing another $12 to try a third time. Of course by this time 60 days had pass since the original order which put it past the window to dispute the charge with our bank. We should have checked the reviews because everyone has the same complaint. The product is real and we enjoyed it, but this distribution company is just an obvious and blatant fraud.

I haven't even gotten my order yet, and it will be the last time I order. There was NOTHING showing that it would be an extra $6.32 charge for "shipping protection". That is a bogus charge! The fact that they sneak this into your total without warning - I won't ever spend another cent for their products. Unless they're using some sketchy shipping company, there's no need for an extra charge to "protect" anything. I hope they go out of business because of this shady stuff.

Flora Foods order entry system is terrible. You get no time to review your order before it's placed. You can't make any changes to your order. The bots in customer support claim the items have shipped minutes after you place your order. The bots in customer support say someone from our team will contact you by email shortly. No one contacts you. This is classic "Gaslighting". Your credit card is billed within minutes of placing your order. You get no shipping details. No humans work for customer support or in shipping for that matter. The customer support bots are trained to tell you that the order has shipped and can't be stopped. This is done to charge your crdit card immediately. The customer support bots can only chat on their website. They don't have phones or don't know how to use a phone. They say, "I'm sorry" a lot. The customer support bots even claim to understand your frustration. I guess they deal with a lot of frustrated customers. The customer support bots are trained to be overly polite when you get angry with their service. They hang up if you type more than two sentences. To the bots this is a long time of inactivity. I fully expect that I'll never receive my order. That's just as well as I'll have my credit card company stop the payment. All-in-all you'll have a bad experience with Flora Foods before you even get your order. Keep your receipt. Oh, that's right, they don't give you a receipt.

two consecutive tubs of I Can't Believe it's Not Butter have developed mold before they were used up. I have tried filling out their contact form multiple times, and it will not accept my Catcha responses even after trying over 20 challenges. i tried the Chat option and they just keep asking me for an order number. Apparently they are not interested in hearing from their customers.

well i have been buying the Linzer Tarts for months and they taste good, but something was missing and it was the amount of powdered sugar. I decided to write Flora about that but I first thought to read the ingredients. What a Shock it was to see all the JUNK and CHEMICALS in them. But their promo make you think it was made by the Roman Gods themselves. All it is ,is an expensive Pest Control product!!
