Horrible experience ordering online. Placed an order, heard nothing from Flora regarding shipping. 7 days after ordering I contacted customer support and was given a tracking number that did not work. It's now 10 days after I placed that order and the tracking shows "Awaiting package from Flora Foods". Terrible business. Cancelling my order.

bioengineered food ingredients
I had high hopes for this mail order service, have always used Flora products, this is not the same company. They use non truth statements, made in Italy! Old world recipe? All BS! Most of there products contain bioengineered food ingredients, but they don’t tell you that until you get the products shipped to your home and read the label. There products have more bad ingredients then a bag chips. Not an honest company!

I recently applied for a cleaning…
I recently applied for a cleaning position.
Cleaner
UK & IE Flora Group Ltd
I received: Hello,
Thank you for applying for the role of Cleaner.
Please could you confirm if you are still interested in the role and your availability for interview on Friday 6th February?
Thank you
HR
I replied:
Yes, I’m available. I live in GOOLE and I’m new to this area and unsure how far I have to travel to make it worth my while. Also…. I’m 67 just want to supplement the income tax I’m paying on my two works pensions.
Met with a lot of Ageism when applying for the most menial of jobs.
Kind Regards
Susan.
Reply: Hello Susan,
We are about 30mins away from Goole, if this is something that you are happy to travel to please let me know.
thanks
Lucy
My reply:
Good Morning Lucy
I would like to attend for an interview tomorrow.
Please advise of the time and full address.
Kind Regards
Susan.
I had no reply so I sent:
Lucy
Disappointed you didn’t reply to confirm an interview for tomorrow.
Kind Regards
Susan Beattie.
So I followed up with :
Well Lucy…thank you for not replying
I am absolutely appalled to receive this reply:
Hello Susan,
Thank you for your messages.
At present, our department is extremely busy reviewing candidates during one of our peak recruitment periods. I had intended to invite you for an interview next week; however, due to the tone of your recent communications, I do not feel it would be appropriate to progress your application further.
We wish you every success in your future job search.
Kind regards,
Lucy
So, I was invited to an interview, which I accepted and asked for the time and address of the venue. I received no reply and now this LUCY insults me.
My reply:
Good Evening Lucy
How very insulting and very unprofessional your reply is.
1. You asked 6th February enquired if I was available for an interview Friday ( today).
2. I replied and said that I was available.
3. I had no response from you.
4. I thanked you for not replying.
Now you are now somewhat accusing me about my “ tone” of reply. Also that you were intending to invite me for an interview next week….what about today ? The date you asked me.
I wish this correspondence to be forwarded to your Senior. Please do me the honour of providing the contact details of your senior.
I am certainly not desperate for employment, I’m retired, just want a position to keep me occupied with recompense.
I find your tone very childish, offensive and quite frankly abusive.
Kind Regards
Susan Beattie.

There seem to be two types of Flora…
I love Flora Original and have been using it for many years for baking and spreading, Lately I have noticed that there are two types of Flora Original - one is bright yellow and the other light and normal-looking. On one occasion the bright yellow Flora was too salty.
The bright yellow on several occasions has caused me dizziness, lightheadedness and a general feeling of being unwell immediately after eating my breakfast of toast and tea. These symptoms last for a few hours, where my head feels heavy. I have managed to keep track of where I purchased the bright yellow Flora - Iceland and Asda. The normal Flora I have bought in Sainsbury's and Tesco. Why is this so? Where are Iceland and Asda getting their Flora from?

I placed an order 1/7/2026 for Greek…
I placed an order 1/7/2026 for Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Koroneiki Olives – First Cold Pressed – 3L as advertised online on Flora Foods.com, after 2 weeks of argument of trying to get a shipping tracking #, I was told when they have it in stock it will be shipped, I asked for cancelation and it was refused for over 2 weeks, Jan. 20, 2026 I received a package by UPS Tracking # 1Z0K7D48YW12537600, I opened it and it was a totally different than what I ordered, the oil can was opened and sealed with a tape, so I poured some in a glass and it was totally different oil quality and does not smell like olive oil, it was very light oil, so I took a photo of it and I contacted Flora Foods immediately and left them a voice message after trying to get hold of someone to talk to, no one ever answer the phone, so I went online and I opened a help chat which it was useless too, it was an answering system only, not real people, so here I am, I disputed the charges on my credit card co. and I hope I when the case.

89% One Star reviews on Trustpilot
89% One Star reviews on Trustpilot. That speaks volumes !!!
Eaten Flora Original for years and continued with the new muck which is not a patch on the original .
Of course the only reason to change the product is how much profit they are making , Flora knew full well that the original spread was excellent and sold in bucket loads so why change a good thing and alienate customers ?
For heavens sake, what about the consumer! Any number of American companies are usually sharks and sadly Flora follow in their footsteps. Better to have put the price up a bit than sell an inferior product which is exactly what they are doing .
I generally agree with most of the reviewers . It’s all too Trumpian
