Thanks for the feedback. We're glad you like trading with Flooz and hope you continue to do so. Regarding tokens disappearing, there could be a couple of reasons. The first could be that our security provider has flagged them as risky, in which case we will blacklist these tokens on our platform to provide additional protection to our users. The second could be that the liquidity for the token has dropped below a threshold or even had their liquidity withdrawn by the project. Both scenarios make the investments high-risk, so we'd block the token from being tradeable on Flooz. That said, this doesn't mean the tokens are not in your wallet, though; if you load up your wallet app, you'll still have the tokens there waiting for you, and once the token project has increased their liquidity or fixed the contract security issues then they'll automatically be shown again on Flooz.

Thank you for the feedback. Errors are, for the most part, out of our hands as it relies on the blockchain to function, and if there are issues with tokens, e.g. liquidity pools, rapid price movements, or security issues with the contract, then it can field errors, we are due to release more informative error messages where possible in the coming weeks which should improve understanding here. Regarding not being transparent on fees, our fees can be found during the swapping user journey. Before you click to confirm your trade, you'll see a breakdown of all fees, including our own.
