When shopping Erin explained the different options that were available and made some money saving suggestions. Purchased a high quality product at a very reasonable cost. (Price included installation and disposal.) The installers were GREAT!! The crew arrived on time. Took out the old carpet and padding. Installed the new carpet and padding. They also removed and discarded the old material. Cleaned up when finished. THE CREW DID A FANTASTIC JOB. I was very pleased with the results. Highly recommend them.

We were just about ready to order carpet when we took in water in our house and had to delay the order. But, when we were ready a month later, we got scheduled right away and the installers worked very hard moving furniture, laying the carpeting and finishing on time. It looks great!!! Minor problem (mine) is that we lost the sale by ordering later. Didn't even think about it at the time as we were dealing with flooding issues.

My new tile floor looks amazing! They did a great job! The whole process was very customer friendly. The office staff worked really well with my needs and made it as painless as possible on their end. Thank you
