I absolutely love having Flocknote for our parish. It is one easy platform for all our ministries. I believe one of the greatest features is updating everyone's ministry list when someones information changes. It allows us to work more collaboratively together! The other great feature is the access to the library to preload information. It allows us to have more time doing what we love, which is to minister to others, rather than reinventing the wheel so to speak. If you don't have Flocknote at your parish, you are missing out! Thank you for all those that Flocknote that make it so easy!

Being informed on parish events & cancellations that are necessitated for many reasons. Especially now during the Covid-19 crisis. Parishes are overwhelmed. So this tool is extremely helpful to both the parish & its parishioners. Our pastor also uses it to inform us of archdiocese matters.

I belong to 2 parish Flocknotes. Today I accidentally hit the “Unsubscribe” button, and reached out to the help desk to reinstate me to the site. The team IMMEDIATELY (within a couple of minutes) replied and fixed the problem. Each member was kind, understanding and competent with my request. I wish customer service was like this at every company! The content and availability of resources at Flocknote is incredible & I am blessed to be able to access this site. Thanks again & God bless!

The Flocknote 'Happiness Engineers' (support personnel) are very courteous and answer emails quickly. I've had several questions and they always have an answer and usually a link for further explanation. I sent them my contact list in Excel and they pointed out a few areas I needed to edit before the upload. Great! It's like they've been holding my hand throughout this process. My experience with them so far has been nothing short of exemplary!

Being a small congregation with an elderly population I thought it would be difficult at best to get buy-in using Flocknote. Boy was I wrong! We had 103 people sign up the first day. What a great problem to have...abundance. In this time in our history people need to stay connected to their church family and Flocknote does just that. It is a user-friendly platform that gets information to the membership quickly. The Flocknote team are great to work with and have a genuine understanding and desire to help get the word out to your own Flock. I highly recommend Flocknote to anyone in need of membership communication. Thank you Flocknote team! Shepard On!!

As a Flocknotes admin for our group, I have interacted with their support team several times. They are top-notch -- responsive, professional, take the time to communicate clearly and explain the issue well, and are able to resolve the issues. They are also appreciative of feedback on how to enhance the system and make it easier to use. Solid support alongside a great product is a great combination!

Flocknote rocks! St. Michael Parish uses it for various ministries but I employ it specifically to communicate with over 600 Religious Education families. It is easy to use (fun too). I send emails and texts and get the information to everyone quickly. I can make it as simple as I want it or as elaborate and colorful as I feel it could be. Flocknote representatives are awesome! Anytime Patti (our office administrator) or I have a question, Flocknote answers right away. They keep walking us through and troubleshooting with us until we know exactly how to move forward quickly and accomplish what we've started. I recommend Flocknote to all the other DREs! It seriously made my life/work easier. I have more time to focus on ministering to families and catechists as opposed to sitting at the computer all day, doing administrative work. FLOCKNOTE - THANK YOU!

I considered rating a 4 instead of 5 star. The only issue that I have had is getting others in our church as excited about Flocknote as I am. We have used it very successfully in our Stewardship Council for over 8 months now. It was approved for parish-wide use in a limited fashion last month. The concerns relate primarily to blast emails and texts and somewhat to adding people without their knowledge from church and ministry databases. We have a little over 500 people on the system so far and are reviewing their critique of the system before more additions. The more people added, the greater likelihood of seeing the benefits from a spiritual, evangelical, ministry building, and engagement perspective. I am confident with the help of prayers that we will reach a broader audience soon and provide the true benefits of Flocknote to our parish community.
