Your service has made it possible to connect with our Flocknote registered parishioners who have been isolated for some time. I applaud the improvements you have made to the menu to facilitate creating announcements for a variety of purposes. The only obstacle I experience is working with the skins you provide to prepare announcements - can be difficult to work with when there is a need to modify them to suit our local requirements. It can also be troublesome when attempting to upload banners from other sources. Otherwise, your service is an outstanding way to connect with parishioners and help reduce the need for paper bulletins and other paper-dependent sources. Thanks for the great job you are doing and look forward to more improvements down the road.

This has been a great way to communicate to our parishioners as a whole and to each individual or group. We do have an older parish, so it has been difficult to get our older parishioners on board. Some have and some we have made special adjustments for. There has been a few glitches on the way, with some parishioners being asked for a password.

I found the help I received was excellent and very useful for me. The only hiccup was in setting up networks for multiple parishes, the main parish and one mission went without any issue but my second mission setup was stopped. This may be a security matter to prevent abuse of the system.

What a blessing.Liz helped me navigate flock to get started with Flocknote. I was able to add members to different ministries in my parish. Also, to share Bishop Barrons videos and notes. Still learning and “playing”with this resource. Peace and prayers, Fr. Roland

Your note and text messages are great, but I've been having issues with the call feature to our parishioners who don't have email or cell phones. I informed your group about the issue 4 days or so ago and though the Happiness Engineers were responsive to my emails letting me know they are looking into it, I have yet to hear any updates to the problem. In the mean time, the window of opportunity to inform this group of my pastor's message is gone. I've sent three messages on behalf of Fr. Jimmy, our pastor, and the second and third sent messages had problems to the call feature. I now wonder if I'm being billed for a feature that may have not worked since the second note was sent. How will I know for sure this call feature works, especially since I haven't received a call to my test number associated with Josephine Paz? Don't get me wrong, I really like Flocknote and the ability to communicate smoothly with our parishioners through email and text is wonderful. Their Library features are great, too. I only wish their call feature was working well to give them the full star rating.

The Happiness Engineers I have been in contact with have been SO helpful with getting our parish started on Flocknote - from a short, but information-filled phone conversation with Matt about the Flocknote basics to Liz's ultra quick turn-around of my request for sign-up flyers in English and Spanish! We very quickly gathered more than 1100 parishioners on Flocknote!

Overall - and 99% of the time I LOVE Flocknote! The support staff is great! The program is super easy to use and it is obvious that the staff is dedicated and caring. The little comments and starters often make me chuckle and it is much appreciated. Even having a mascot Uno, makes work that can be tedious more enjoyable. The only reason I did not give a 5-star rating is because I feel there is work that needs to be done regarding reporting/alerts. For example, if a person enters (or I enter) an incorrect or bad email address, there is no notification for this. I would have expected it to appear on an admin report vs me trying to track down which people may not be receiving messages. Since there is sometimes 'detective work' needed to determine who didn't receive a message, I feel this is an area that should be improved upon as it is vital to communication. Again, on the plus side, the support staff are wonderful in helping to figure out what is going on, I just wish I was alerted instead of having to double check.

I like being able to text my congregation during the COVID-19 pandemic. It has helped me get information out quickly such as prayer requests, birth announcements, and meeting changes/reminders. The scalable pricing allows us to use tools that are typically reserved for large churches only.
