Flocknote has been a God send for my church. It makes it so easy to get messages out quickly. I love that i can send texts along with sending out the same text as an email to those I don't have cell phone information for. My only problem is that I at times have issues with it sending out but that seems to be at high demand times.

I have been a subscriber to Flocknote from the earliest days of its being available through our parish. The format is crisp and easy to scan for content as well as easy to read. - I find it to be a helpful communication device and look forward to seeing it in my message box. Most recently I used Flocknote for the first time to register for a parish event. And, as a "newbie", I made a goof - and in my attempt to correct it, I made it worse! However, no matter how big a mess I created, Flocknote's "Help" (aka "Happiness Engineers" - and they proved true to the job title) was there with a quick response, a remedy and great follow-up communication.

I am so happy that our parish has invested in Flocknote. We had tried MailChimp prior to this, and had researched Constant Contact, but both of these seemed better suited for the business world. I like Flocknote because it feels like they "get" what it is we're trying to communicate and how we need to do that. Their support teams are super responsive, fast and thorough, whenever I've asked a question, which is comforting since it doesn't come naturally to me. I really feel like they're a partner in our mission and can grow with us when we're ready to expand how we use it. With Flocknote, it's super easy to create attractive emails for our parishioners, and having the ability to text is becoming even more critical as fewer people open every email these days. I'm not a numbers girl, but I like seeing the analytics of how many opened their emails, and even drill down to see who didn't, to better tailor future messages or to help folks who might not be receiving them. I would highly recommend Flocknote to churches looking for an easy-to-use digital communication tool to reach their members.

I am new to Flocknote. I have used the program a few times. Already I can see what an important program it is. I have notified my congregation about pressing issues especially during this pandemic. There was even somewhat of a technical crisis that happened in church. I was able to notify the people that things should be back to normal soon. Love the reply feature and the templates. Looking forward to investigating all the other great options. Great job Flocknote team. Customer service was absolutely wonderful. They responded swiftly and the response was by a Flocknote team person, Joe, who was kind and very helpful.

Excellent, efficient, helpful, and extensive assistance by Flocknote staff! Gratefully, Flocknote has become the primary means of direct, receptive communication to our parishioners. Working in tandem with our website, we have been able to send information that links back to our website. This has been very effective given we no longer have the benefit of a bulletin received at weekly Mass. Unfortunately, many of our elderly parishioners do not have access to the internet or cell phone technology, and are therefore, more isolated than ever. Any helpful suggestions on that thread would be greatly received. We have printed Flocknote messages for our exterior Church bulletin boards and have sent postal mail correspondence but that is a very limited and expensive form of communication. Again, thank you for the rich communication resource via Flocknote!

I truly appreciated the 30 minute phone meeting I had with Karen today. She kindly talked me through some issues we were having that I was unable to relay through the great Help Center assistance. I received the answers to move forward and share updates with our parishioners. Thank you Karen!

As a fairly new Flocknote customer I continue to be impressed. Although I have personally been on the user side for several years as I'm subscribed to several other Flocknote groups, I had not, until recently, been on the "backside" of helping to create a new Flocknote platform for our parish community (which encompasses both church & school). As "newbies" while getting our Flocknote site up and running we've had several questions arise where we needed assistance from the Happiness Engineers after we could not figure out the fix on our own. As such Flocknote customer support was contacted on several occasions where we interacted with several Flocknote Happiness Engineers-love this! These folks and the experience we've been afforded, thus far, has been truly STELLAR! Very accurate AND super quick responses allowed us to forge ahead with our projects and communications. I would also like to add that my email communications back and forth to these folks have always been handled professional and charitably with know-how and patience. Combining both is a true art when it comes to customer service and these folks seem to have nailed it! KUDOS to them and I highly recommend anyone considering the use of Flocknote with it's current customer service they currently provide. May God continue to bless the Happiness Engineers and all their good work!

We had signed up for Flocknote and were just learning the software and planning on slowly rolling it out but along came the COVID crisis and suddenly it was important to start using it right away to send out our bulletins and other messages. It has been easy to work in and if I have a question that I can't figure out using help.flocknote.com, I have emailed my question and promptly received an answer that is easy to understand. This summer we will be adding our school to Flocknote. It will make sending out messages to our parishioners and school families so much easier since will be on one platform.
