One of the challenges of adopting any new system is learning what questions to ask, when one's knowledge is near zero. This is akin to those "unknown unknowns" we heard about some time back from Rumsfeld. The thing I've found most refreshing is that the so-called Happiness Engineers at Flocknote 1) actually do know what they're talking about when they correspond with you, and 2) they know enough to warn you gently about an unanticipated outcome of a proposed action. My unknown unknown is a known known to the engineers, but they don't rub your face in it. This kind of hand-holding is critical when, in a case such as this, the frustration level of adoption must be kept below the back-on-the-shelf-fuggedaboutit level. So far, so good. Thanks! Vivat Jesus!

We have been using Flocknote at our church for several years. It's extremely easy to use and gives us a lot of flexibility and options when creating messages, electronic newsletters and even surveys! Most recently, when we reopened our parish for limited public worship, we had concerns about how we were going to manage the 100 person capacity. As we were fretting over all the survey and registration software tools, the Flocknote team rolled out the "Signup" options, which allowed us to seamlessly add a registration component to our weekly message. It was Flocknote to the rescue. It's so easy to track who will be attending. We are so grateful for the foresight and innovation of the Flocknote support team for creating this needed function. Additionally, when I have questions about their new features, their staff is always responsive and courteous. Incredible customer service! While we wish the circumstances were different, we count ourselves blessed to partner with you during the pandemic. You're doing the hard work, and we commend your ability to pivot and be a leader for your church during uncertain times. May God continue to bless you and St. Joan of Arc!

We love sending out weekly updates to our parishioners. Our new logo is on the top of the note. We include links to the bulletin and mass sign ups. We also have a poll each week about "get to know our pastor." Fun and informative.

Flocknote customer service rocks! I needed help with a technical issue and not only were they responsive, they were also very thorough in their guidance. It would have been easy for them to deflect or even write the issue off into some general category that most customer service departments are inclined to do. Despite the technical nature of my conundrum, the interaction with them was very personal. I was working with only one representative instead of being passed around like a basketball. Flocknote is how you spell "excellence" in customer service! I'd like to give particular thanks to Karin, my personal happiness rep. She really does live up to and exceeds the title!
