It was a little confusing receiving emails from different support team members and it was not clear enough what I was needed to do and what they were going to do... and I have been using the free version of Flocknote for years now on my own so I understood what I needed to do but all the links and videos self help were overwhelming at a point so I just shut off... There was a lot of confusion with the payment as well... there is not an easy way to have a Bill the parish option to make payments with a check instead of a monthly credit or debit card payment.

The customer service and response times are incredible. Need to go back and rework the composer template and mobile app. There are not enough features to properly layout the email. Ability to resize images, crop images, change sections and alternate section layout, and edit two column on mobile. I’m sure your people add on is good and needed, but time to refresh the composer.

I just started using Flocknote recently. I like the ability to send out group or individual e-mails or texts, but I wish there was a way to store files (e.g., MS Word or Excel files) so the group can access them. For example, I'd like to post an ongoing schedule for the group, that members could access without my having to repeatedly send it to them. We also have historical documents that were created prior to our using Flocknote. Again, I'd like the ability to post them for members to access, as needed, without my having to resend them to members again.
