My experience with Flock has been rewarding. I was leery at first because I had not been involved with a REIT, 721 Exchange. However, over the months I've been involved, I have found Flock to be like a family in the care of all my concerns and investment. The customer service is second to none with immediate response to inquiries each time I've needed to make contact. The statements and distributions are sent out on time and downloadable. "Business integrity" are the two words that best describe what I've come to believe about Flock's administration. I'm satisfied to be sheep in the flock, the family of FLOCK.

FLOCK provided a fair value and took over management with my tenant in place. It's been just over 1 year and the performance has been as expected. I am happy to have joined FLOCK and may transfer more homes.

Working with FLOCK was easy, well understood by the agents I spoke with, they answered all of my questions, and took over the property in a timely fashion. In fact I made more money in the first quarter than I would have made taking in the rent for a year. I had to transfer the property through a local Real Estate Agent that managed the property for 20 plus years. Things when smoothly and there was no glitches in the transfer. Investing in FLOCK will only grow with time, and I am glad I am in the early stages of the program. FLOCK ON!

Flock Homes has been an incredible gift to me and to two of my family members, who had been helping me manage two properties in the Denver Metro area. I have been helped by the Flock Homes personnel from Day 1, having personal interaction with personable and efficient Sean, Gracious and talented President Ari Rubin, and administrative guru Owner/Advisor Danielle Rabman. I am particularly impressed that Flock has chosen to office in a fairly rough part of Denver in a practical, but not showy, office building. Contrary to many startup companies, Flock has chosen to carefully steward its investors' money instead of show-boating in a fancy high rise office in Downtown Denver or the Tech Center. Bravo!!!

I just closed on my first home sale to Flock end of December in NC. The process was easy with all document signing being done on-line and the notary coming to my home for final signatures. Earlier in the due diligence phase, Sean answered many questions from me, connected me with a Flock owner and the CEO, and was extremely transparent with all information. This built a lot of trust with me and I'm very happy with my decision to join Flock.

The process was fairly straight forward but the people made the difference for me. Sean and Danielle were very professional and provided me with everything I needed to make my decision. They made me feel welcome and more importantly trustworthy to do business with.

Easy process - good communication throughout!

Flock has been very easy to work with and has also been responsive to questions and feedback. It has been a good experience so far.
