Flock HomesReviews of flockhomes.com

The entire Flock team was helpful and transparent all through the process. They took care to make sure we were informed at every step along the way and understood why things happened the way they did. Looking forward to being involved with this great team.

I received a lot of help getting through the process of selling my house to Flock. Deepa and Chad were very helpful and kept me on track. The paperwork was completed on line. The house inspection went smoothly and I did not need to fix or upgrade anything - all done by Flock.

The Flock team makes things easy for owners/investors and operates with high integrity. We'll will continue to consider them as we watch the fund grow.

So far so good

Good experience! All my questions were answered fast. Smooth transaction with no doubletalk. I feel my time was respected.

Well managed and 5 stars!

We got involved with Flock early enough that they were stretched pretty thin as they scrambled to outfit their aircraft in mid-flight. Still, the attitude and competence of every person we dealt with convinced us to go for it even as the prudent decision might not have gone that direction. Now, almost six months later, already there is a growth in the capacity the company can handle. New employees are diving in to achieve greater bandwidth. As an early adopter, I am excited to see the positive growth and look forward to enjoying the results of our investment in Flock.

So far so good! The team has been excellent to work with, and even with a somewhat compressed schedule and a tenant renewal, it was all navigated well. I can't attest (yet) as to returns/capitalization, but that's what the future holds.
