Working with Andy and Diego at Floatie Kings was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. SALES PROCESS: First of all, the sales process is SUPER aggressive. From the start, it feels like are they care about is getting you to pay a deposit and set fake 'deadlines' to rush you. After I paid everything two things happened: (1) They tried to trick me into paying twice by sending me another payment link with the full amount. I replied saying that I already settled the full balance. (2) There was additional shipping costs due to the size of the product that were not communicated to me. After the product was delivered, they HARASSED me trying to get me to pay the additional shipping costs on top of the shipping costs I ALREADY PAID. Non-stop calling, texting, emailing and even tried to DM me on social media. DESIGN PROCESS - The initial 'mock up' is AI generated and not anything near actual design. This is how they get your to pay the deposit. - After that, there is a ton of back and forth with their offshore "design team" that completely does not care about the design or how your product is going to look. It felt like all they wanted was to get some crappy (not brand aligned) design done as fast as possible to get more payment. I would wait 3 days for an 'updated design' and it would be worse than the one before. It didn't seem like anyone there actually cared what it looked like (they made shape of the object super disproportional and warped). The product idea is cool but I will not be using Floatie Kings again because they do not care about their customers and I just had such a bad experience.

Huw was great to work with! He helped me through design, revisions and was able to have it completed and shipped on a very tight window!

I ordered two items of them. My order was confirmed on 29 June. I was given a tracking number. I’ve been emailing them and getting a very negative response. Do not use this company. I’m sure they’ve ripped me off and turn me over. I’m gonna keep harassing them to see if anything has materialize but do not go near them.

Ordered over three weeks ago still waiting to be picked up by shipper. Sounds like a scam to me.

Floatie Kings was great to work with! We were quite picky with our design, and they worked with us until we got exactly what we needed! Our event was quite special and photo-worthy because of the arch they created for our Walk! And they did it SO FAST, too! Eduardo and the whole team were awesome!

Customer service was top notch. Question after question answered and explained promptly. Notification every step of the way. The tunnel is definitely a hit with fans, staff and players. Thank you so much!

Everyone has been super easy to work with and very friendly. Inflatable coolers look amazing!

Joan was wonderful to work with. The entire process was smooth and easy, and they kept me informed every step of the way until delivery. I will definitely be ordering with them again in the future!
