Scam. Purchased two items, received no shipping information, and nothing ever arrived. They do not have any support in place: if you mail their support account or fill out a form on their website, you will not receive a reply.

Do not buy Floately lamps. Arrived broken. Sent pics, all the info they wanted for replacement. Arrived 6 weeks ago. Now they claim a non disclosed warranty period and keep throwing up requests to avoid replacing. Will next file for full refund.

I received the airsai floating planter as a birthday gift. It not only arrived a month after its original delivery date but it looks so cheaply made that I think this site is a scam. Some reviews mention the wood but it is very clearly cheap plastic. I've tried using it on multiple flat surfaces with various objects inside for weight/stability. It works for one or two minutes and then suddenly sticks to the base. It makes a really loud noise when this happens and throws out the contents of the cheap plastic bowl. I would never recommend someone buy this product and it makes me concerned that most of these positive reviews are likely fake.
