The website often won't load because it takes too long to respond, watchers that you set for an item isn't always going to be what is given, for example, you would do 5 but end up with 1. There are days where there are no watchers to use. You can't reach them on social media, email or the in-app support chat. Don't waste your money on the subscription, you'll just end up doing a chargeback with your bank.
