⚠️ WARNING: Fraudulent shipping practices and zero customer support
I ordered a Honeycomb Bundle (€525) on September 26th. The merchant marked the order as "Shipped" on October 1st just to game the Shopify system, but they NEVER provided a valid DHL Express tracking number. The official Shop App shows absolutely no tracking information. Their customer support completely ignores all emails (sent both in Spanish and English) for over two weeks. To make matters worse, today they sent me an automated email asking for a product review as if it had been delivered, while their website continues to show fake immediate stock ("1 in stock, 1-3 days delivery") to lure new buyers. A formal chargeback dispute has been opened with my bank to recover my money. Avoid this store at all costs, it is a complete nightmare.
