Maria was responsive and answered our many emails and questions about using their service. If you are booking United Polaris to Australia, the business class seats are not as comfortable as other airlines, i.e., Qantas, and you want to book a horizontal option (not the herringbone angle seats) as those seats have wasted space and feel more claustrophobic. The crew experience varied from helpful to inattentive.
