Had to choose a star otherwise I wouldn't have. Bait and Switch company. This must be the same company as Ebooking. Twice trying to make flight reservations 'early' in order to get good prices. This company and the other twin said same exact thing. I am reporting to FTC.gov. I advise everyone else to do the same. What they are doing is illegal and just because we didnt't fall for it (or, maybe I have since they still have my information), a lot of people are desperate enough to just pay them the exhorbitant amount they claim the prices are 'now' up to.

I booked a oneway tickets for $98 on the site. after an hour later customer service called me, told me that tickets are sold out, now available price is $325 lol. totally scam. now I'm worry about the my info(name, dob, card number, address, phone number etc)

Booked a flight with last fare deal and my nightmare began… booked flight with Delta airline and I was told that I would get my booking confirmation within 24 hrs… never got the confirmation, these people are definitely scammers, if you don’t wish to visit the twilight zone stay away from this company they are unreal

On February 5th 2013, I mistakenly called to verify my upgrade on Southwest Airlines. They pretended to be Southwest Airlines and charged me an outrageous amount. $200 for what is a $25 upgrade Not thinking it though, I accepted. They have tried to show that they booked flight that had already been booked in October. I realized the fact the next day and called Capital One to dispute the charge. While on the line the Capital One agent called the real Southwest and verified no service had been done and in fact since my wife was to be in a wheel chair the upgrade service was not need and I was refunded $25 the real charge for the upgrade. They should be removed from Google and charged with wire fraud since this was done by phone.

This is scam Do not share any info 👇 Fake prices DO NOT TRY TO NEGOTIATE ITS FAKE

We booked tickets through them for $308. Sent in all the information they wanted, they sent us back an email. They call us within an hour of this purchase to tell us that the price they put on their tickets were wrong and if we wanted seats on the plane then we had to pay an additional $600. When it was pointed out that price was just there. They proceeded to tell us it was United Airlines fault and that United Airlines had jacked the prices up that quick. As far as we are concerned that they are nothing but scam artists. I have the email where the price is shown clearly.

The customer support was very rude. My father had purchased a ticket via their website for a set price, flying Southwest airlines. They called him the next day and said they had to charge another $176 as the economy was sold out and they would need to bump him up to business select. I checked the Southwest website and there were still tickets left at the "wanna get away" level and the cost was $100 cheaper than what they were charging.. Also, there are no differences in "cabins" on SW flights as she was insinuated. I called to inquire about this, to let them know there was no reason for an additional $176 as I was on Southwest's website right now and could see the prices still available at "wanna get away" (or "economy" as she put it). During the time I was on the call, she told me to refresh the SW website tab, and all of a sudden only the business select tickets were available. Three hours later I went back on the Southwest website, and the wanna-getaway tickets were available again. I believe they are mass buying tickets using a credit they have, then canceling the flights in order to fluctuate the costs for people using their site.. its how they make money. In addition, she tried telling me that the ticket is at a higher cost because he gets two free checked bags. Being an avid Southwest flyer, I know that everyone flying SW gets free two checked bags. I told her this and she proceeded to tell me I was wrong. Overall its a huge scam. You will save money going directly through the airline's website... dont be bamboozled!

ZERO STARS. January 19, 2023. I booked a flight with flightfaredeals.com and the same thing happened as all the other reviews reported about this company. I booked at about 10:30 pm. I received the "pending" message. I did not receive an email confirmation. And thankfully no monies left my account. The next morning the "pending" message was still there. It was then I thought this may be a scam. Sure enough it is a SCAM. I canceled my debit card and had to drive 50 miles to get a new one. This afternoon I received a call from what sounded like a person with an Indian accent telling me what they tell every customer. "Unfortunately the ticket you purchased is not available in Economy...." I knew the rest of his spiel and promptly hung up. Stay far away from these thieves!! Lesson learned: research every online company before you buy!!! I just checked my email and 5 minutes after they called me they sent a confirmation email for the flight. No money amount was included.
