I would say the firm is doing everything in their power to have great customer service and treat you with respect. Things are handle quickly, they actually trade live as well and offer accounts and rules most firms would never dare. I traded with this firm within their advertised rules, after reaching high balances and closing in on a 28k request they manually breached my account stating I broke sacling and scalping rules...however they advertise that they do not have these rules

Hi Artem, We always honor our commitments to traders who follow standard risk management, in fact, our firm previously paid you over $10,000 in payouts without issue when your trading complied with our rules. However, following a compliance review of your recent accounts, our risk management team identified a consistent pattern of extreme leverage exploitation, specifically executing maximum contract limits (9 NQ contracts) to harvest short-duration tick movements lasting only seconds. This strategy relies on simulated execution environments rather than genuine, scalable market risk management. As outlined in our agreement, engaging in structural leverage abuse and gambling practices results in immediate account termination and forfeiture of eligibility. We strictly enforce these policies to maintain platform integrity and protect our trading community.
