After my personal experience, I recommend Florida Home Funding to family and friends.
After serving 42 years in the US Army, I learned to employ and contract those that demonstrate the ability to be both reliable and responsive. Florida Home Funding is both, and we are very confident in recommending their reliable and responsive home funding services.

professional, friendly, timely help we need for our financial need
My family and I had a great experience with Sharam & his team at Florida Home Funding. They were always very patient and explained everything as we went through the process. All communications concerning our loan were handled professionally and in a timely manner. Sharam was excellent in getting me the lowest rate we can have with our very complicated file . The loan closed within a month and everything went smoothly. I will definitely recommend Florida Home Funding for all my friends!
