I left after a week since I felt the job description and what I was actually doing was not the same. When I left, they emailed saying I would be paid for my time there. After deadline for payment, they backtracked and would only reply using what were obviously AI generated emails. Another colleague was let go the day after he was specifically told they would work with him and train him. He did get his pay but only after having to literally chase them about it. Terrible communication, terrible experience.

We had heard about Flexscale in the past and thought "what a great idea" but hadn't had any use for their services.
