Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for your review. You should start to see results within 2- 4 weeks of starting to use the product, individual results may vary. But you MUST be consistent in using Flexoplex by taking 2 tablets twice daily with a full glass of water, once in the morning about 15 minutes before breakfast and take another 2 tablets again about one hour before bedtime.
