The merchandise was good but the shipping was too long. I almost had to order from another company. I know this may be out of their hands as far as the shipping goes but it took almost a month to get to me. The merchandise was good quality

My package was “waiting to be dropped off at USPS” for weeks and magically when I emailed Flexiquor.com about the status of my package it was dropped off. This tells me that they had it the whole time and forgot. Not happy at all, will not order from the company again.

We sincerely apologize for the less-than-optimal experience you had with our shipping service. We've been in touch with our shipping partner, and they've informed us that an unexpected increase in orders has led to some delays. Rest assured, we're actively addressing this issue and making every effort to enhance our services. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated. Thank you for your understanding.
