FlexehagReviews of flexehag.com

My order never arrived! The tracking number says “delivered”, I emailed them saying it had never arrived. They said to ask my neighbors and local post office. None of which had ever seen my package. I know for a fact that it was never delivered because I waited all day at home for it and never saw packaged delivered. Do not order from here!

I ordered from Flexehag thinking it was a U.S.-based business (listed in South Carolina), but the products I received were nothing like the online photos—cheap, poor quality, and misrepresented. When I asked for a refund ($52.99), I was offered $9… then $18… then $20. They refused to provide a prepaid return label and insisted I pay international shipping to China. After getting nowhere with customer service, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Only after I refused to cancel my BBB complaint did they finally agree to issue a full refund. I stood firm and told them I wouldn’t withdraw the complaint until the refund was processed. Once I received it, I notified the BBB that the matter was resolved, but Flexehag still never responded to the BBB directly—so the complaint is marked UNANSWERED in their file. Flexehag is now continuing to pressure me to cancel the complaint entirely, even though their failure to respond to the BBB is their responsibility, not mine. I will not be shopping with Flexehag again, and I strongly encourage others to read reviews and understand the risks before purchasing. If I could give 0 (zero) stars, I would.

Do not buy from these scammers. They’re selling knock off products that you can buy on Temu for a little fraction of the cost. They won’t send an address to send the product back and want you to pay for shipping which would cost a fortune to send back to China. now they want to only give me $18 back For a $51 order that they sent me the wrong colors and not description advertised. All I can say is SCAMMERS

I really didn't want to give them even one star!!!! My experience was HORRIBLE. Do NOT buy anything from this company. First of all, I never received the bras I ordered, then when I emailed they gave me some bogus tracking number and told me to contact the post office. No sir, this is on you my friend. I wanted a refund, they basically said no and good day. TOTAL SCAM!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered two pairs! Worst pants ever they don't fo anything and they roll down they fit horrible! So pissed for wasting my money on these

+414-330-2342 number for customer service... DISCONNECTED I can't get a hold of them to return 2 items. Wish I would have read reviews prior to buying. That tummy tucking... LIES everything is just sad plus it takes 2 - 3 weeks for your order to arrive. They DO NOT USE FEDEX as mentioned on their page. Use some China shipping that does NOT track your order, all around disappointment.

This company is A joke! Do not buy from them. I ordered two leggings. Neither of them was what was advertised. These are something I can buy at the swapmeet for five dollars each. I should’ve read the reviews before placing an order, but I saw them all over Facebook and Instagram so I assumed it was a legit company. The worst part is I can’t seem to find a phone number or an email to try to get my money back.

I placed an order for 2 Super Sculpt Leggings with Pockets on 2/15/2025. As of March 1 I hadn’t received the product and emailed them. Their reply was “ We are sorry to have kept you waiting. We understand that you're eagerly awaiting your order, and we apologize for the delay. Due to the overwhelming demand for this product, we are currently experiencing a delay in processing and shipping orders. Rest assured, we are doing everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible.” I received my order 3/16. I received 1 of the items I ordered and some other type of legging I did not. I emailed them with pictures and told them I’d like to return them for a refund on 3/23. They replied on 3/24 with “ We are very sorry that our products did not meet your expectations. In this case, we are willing to refund you 9 USD of the order as compensation, and you can keep the product. We hope you will accept the offer. Kindly reminder: Please do not return the item until we have authorized the return address in the email. In addition, the address on the package is not our return address. Please note that do not send the package to that address, otherwise we shall not be liable for any losses.” So I paid $52 and got 1 of the items I ordered and get a $9 refund. Very disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company. It’s very unprofessional and is a rip off.
