Illinois to Arkansas
The driver was great. Very helpful and respectful and polite and courteous. On the other hand the broker was very very poor on communication and didn't seem like he really didn't know what he was doing
Response from Fletes USAJan 7, 2026
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear the driver provided excellent service and was helpful and respectful. We sincerely apologize that the communication from the broker did not meet your expectations. We take this feedback seriously and will use it to improve our processes and provide better service moving forward.

On time, Great communication, good price...
Once again Mike De La Fuente at Fletes got my equipment moved for the best price and least hassle. Communication on this load continued to hit the high bar Mike had previously established on other loads. Picked up and delivered on time, with great communication, at a fair price. That's really all I ever need. No reason to go anywhere else. I will continue using them A+++ Highly recommend
