The Fletcher Method™Reviews of fletchermethod.com

The Customer Engine Academy by Aaron Fletcher is not surface-level work. The precision, feedback and structure behind the method are exceptional. What stands out even more is that Aaron is constantly refining, improving, and giving far beyond expectations. Without a doubt, one of the best investments I’ve made.

Aaron Fletcher's Customer Engine Academy is unlike anything you've ever experienced. I've never met a business coach who is more skilled at creating systems and processes that make building and scaling a successful business almost a guaranteed thing. If you are willing to do the work, and are coachable, you will get to where you want to be. As a Certified business consultant, his program and expert guidance has helped me to assemble and organize my skills and life knowledge into a cohesive structure that produces results. Can't say enough about him.

I am martial arts GrandRichard Van Donk and director of Bushindo University. Aaron Fletchers programs have helped me over the years AND this Customer Engine Academy is over the top in helping our University grow. What I love about Aaron's program and coaching is that it helps you cut through all the noise of which of the 50 software programs or latest AI magic tool will help you grow your business by giving you a Very Strategic Roadmap and Exact Step-by-Step Tools to take you and your business from A-Z thought of what you want to do into making the money you deserve while serving others. I cannot recommend it high enough.

The most Robust System Aaron has Built Top Notch. More Power to you.

I’m a restaurant marketing expert and entrepreneur. I run a busy pub, I’ve built and closed a six-figure marketing agency, and for years I’ve been trying to figure out how to package what I know into something that could genuinely help other restaurant owners. The problem was authenticity. I couldn’t coach what I hadn’t fully lived. I’d invested in Aaron’s courses early on, even his high-ticket coaching and realised quickly that I was a long way off having a system in my own restaurant that I’d be proud to teach. So instead of faking it, I went back to the drawing board. I spent 8 years building a coaching system from the ground up, using Aaron’s frameworks as a foundation, designed specifically for bootstrapped restaurant entrepreneurs. Fast forward to today, my restaurant is flying. But I still had a nagging question: is my coaching product actually good enough? Joining the Customer Engine Academy answered that. And honestly, what’s happened since has surprised me. Not only have I gained the confidence that my product can genuinely help restaurants. Aaron’s ongoing work behind the scenes to sharpen and strengthen his systems has directly improved my own restaurant too. The things I’ve learned and implemented inside CEA have made me a better operator and a better coach simultaneously. I closed my agency in 2018 because it didn’t align with my core value of authenticity it was like any other agency out there and didn’t really help that much. CEA is the first community I’ve been part of where I don’t feel that tension at all. Every single week I learn something BIG and more importantly, implement something in both businesses that’s worth 10x the membership fee. I genuinely cannot picture a future where I’m not part of this community. If you’re serious, do the work, and care about doing it right - this is the place.

I’m a holistic healer, and I joined Customer Engine Academy because I had zero knowledge of how to communicate my message clearly and help more people discover my work. Before joining, I had already taken many courses and learned many different techniques. I had invested a lot into myself, but I still felt stuck. I knew I had something valuable to offer, but I didn’t know how to package it, explain it, or build a clear path for people to find me. I felt like I was always circling — learning more, doing more, but not really building something solid. CEA has really helped change that for me. With Aaron’s teaching, his experience, and the structure of this program, I’ve started to see a clearer way forward. It has helped me stop going in circles and start building my business step by step, with more clarity and direction. What touches me most is that this isn’t just about business tactics. It’s about building something real. Aaron really cares about helping people turn their work into something clear, strong, and sustainable. I genuinely love being part of this group, and I’m grateful for the clarity and support I’ve received here.

My name is Charbel Abi-Nader. I'm the founder of Align Business Strategies. I help professional service firms, specifically tax attorneys, estate planners, and fractional CFO firms, build predictable client flow so they can grow without depending on referrals or becoming marketers. Before working with Aaron, I had spent real time and money across courses, frameworks, and coaching programs that each promised a system but delivered disconnected tactics. A funnel here, a message there, content that didn't connect to anything downstream. The problem was never effort. What was missing was a clear sequence that made everything connect from the offer to the message to the full client journey. What drew me to Aaron was that he didn't lead with tactics. He started with clarity. His approach to campaign planning and the client journey roadmap gave me a way to see the complete picture before touching any execution. Most educators teach you what to do. Aaron taught me how to think about it first. That shift changed how I build everything. My messaging sharpened. My offers became more specific. I stopped creating content that wandered and started building content that moves people through a journey with intention. The clarity I gained gave me the confidence to develop the core systems I take clients through today. If you're a business owner or advisor who feels like you have the capability but not the clarity, Aaron's work deserves your full attention.

My name is Massimo Ronchi. I'm a marketing strategist and co-founder of Fastmarketing, with over 20 years of experience helping business owners grow. We build Revenue OS systems for SMEs in Switzerland and Italy, helping them scale predictably without adding complexity. Before I found a methodology that actually worked, I spent years chasing tactics. Funnels, ads, email sequences, content frameworks. Serious time and money on courses and gurus who all promised the system. Most of it was noise. Clever ideas with no architecture holding them together. I found Aaron Fletcher over 15 years ago and never looked back. I've used his thinking to build and scale multiple businesses across different markets, offers, and audiences. When I built Fastmarketing and our Revenue OS methodology, Aaron's frameworks were baked into the foundation. The way I approach positioning, messaging, and offer construction traces directly back to what I learned from him. The Fletcher Method and its Customer Engine Academy is the culmination of everything Aaron has built over his career. Not a refresh. The sharpest, most complete expression of his thinking I've ever seen, and I've seen a lot of it. If you're serious about building a business on clarity, this is where you start.
