I got a notification that they could not deliver my package because there was “no answer”. I work from home, I was home all day. No one used the callbox, no one called me. There was no “attempt” made to deliver this package. You CANNOT contact this company… they have a completely useless chat bot and NO PHONE contact whatsoever. If you try to call you get stuck in a hell-loop of the same asinine prerecorded message saying you should go to their site. …to do what?? You site has no help on it!! Lazy, useless, lying drivers who can’t be bothered to do the most basic of job tasks. Don’t want to deliver packages? DONT APPLY TO WORK AS A DELIVERY DRIVER!!

The driver left my package in the back alley behind my house, leaning against the detached garage, but marked it as left at the front door. By the time I got home, the package had been stolen. Their customer service told me that in the future, I should use "special instructions to ensure a successful delivery."

This has happened more than once with this terrible company. The address was correct, the driving/delivery directions were to leave the package at the front door. And yet the driver left the package somewhere outside with obscure blurry photos. The driver couldn't be bothered to deliver to the front door or to walk a few steps to get here, so instead left it somewhere in the dark in an unknown area. Drivers like this are reprehensible and shouldn't have jobs if they can't handle other people's items with even a modicum of responsibility or ethical behaviour. To make matters worse, this package had food items in it, and it was left out in the wet weather. When trying to reach customer service, there is no phone number, their chat bot wouldn't work, and all that is left is to submit a form and wait for them to get back at some point. Absolutely ridiculous. The unprofessionalism and unethical business practices are mind-blowing. What kind of a company hires drivers like this.

This company does not care. Impossible to contact.

Worst courier I’ve dealt with. Drivers can’t be bothered to deliver properly. My orders are constantly left in the mail room of my condo where it's easily stolen. Unprofessional and careless. If you want your stuff actually delivered to you, avoid FleetOptics.

I wish Sephora never started using this horrible company!! Not only is there customer service full of people who literally don't do their jobs, all they do is read emails and provide run of the mill perfunctory answers that really does not even require common sense to know and their drivers are just as bad. In the last six months I have had the most horrible experience every single time I've had a package delivered with this company, from drivers waking me up at six am and then not even leaving my package, to me reaching out to customer service today, June 14th to ask for an update on an order that's 4 hours late for them to tell me " please understand the driver has other deliveries to make"" Oh gee, great, thanks I didn't know that I lack of common sense to understand that a driver has other deliveries to make. Instead of customer service doing their job and tracking the driver and package to provide an answer with a smidge of customer service that is the response I received. My previous order, the driver didn't follow the instructions to deliver my package at a specific time even though I updated the preferences of my delivery time which is available as an option on their website when you're order is placed with Sephora. The rep that replied to my ticket said "you can update your preferences prior to your package shipping, that's exactly what I did!!!! Another golden moment for the customer service team at Fleetoptics. I wish that I could post the screenshot of these emails and interactions I have with the "custoner service" team because it's unbelievable.I don't know why Sephora ever started using this company, there are forums upon forums upon forums on Sephora's app and website begging Sephora, to stop using this company.That's how bad they are.
